With the long hours worked on the project it is important all aspects of the camp are designed to give a sense of order to the daily operation, but also be sufficiently flexible to be able to cope with any variance from the normal procedure. In choosing our personnel, ESNAD place great emphasis on selecting people with a proven record in their trade as well as their interpersonal, organizational and communications skills. A Manager (who has been an onsite chef in the past) will have responsibility for all operation of the services and will oversee the Camp or Village.
